Alert App

Description

We worked with a large public utility company in California to create a proof of concept for a consumer alert app. The app’s primary function is to alert users of possible extreme weather, wildfire, or power outage events. The design team consisted of myself and a service designer. We worked in 3 two-week sprints to research, concept, and design the app. After this, I stayed on with the development team to build and test the app.
